Welcome to the new BCBC website. Everything about the league lives here — the schedule, standings, stats, rules, and the electronic scoring app you'll use on match night. Here's how to get set up in about five minutes.

The Old Addressbcbc.coggoid.comStill works — it forwards you to the address above
Moving day is Sunday, August 23. Until then, use bcbc.coggoid.com — it's the same site, and your username and password carry over to the new address unchanged. Nothing you set up now is lost in the move.
1Open the site on your phone
Type www.bcbcpoolleague.info into your phone's browser. You don't need to download anything from the App Store or Play Store — the site works right in your browser. (If you have the old bcbc.coggoid.com saved, it forwards you here automatically.)
Add it to your home screen so it opens like a regular app:
iPhone (Safari): tap the Share button (square with an up arrow), scroll down, tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
Android (Chrome): tap the three-dot menu in the top right, tap Add to Home screen (or Install app), then tap Add.
2Log in for the first time
Tap Login in the menu. Your username is your full name in lowercase with all spaces and punctuation removed. Everyone's starting password is the same.

You'll be asked to pick a new password right away. That's normal — it only happens on your first login. Choose something you'll remember (at least 4 characters).
3Set up Face ID (optional, but easy)
So you never have to type your password again:
Tap the menu (☰), then tap the circle with your initials. On a computer, tap your name in the top-right corner.
Go to Account Settings.
Scroll to Face ID / Passkey and tap Add Face ID / Passkey.
Follow the prompt on your phone. Next time, just tap Sign in with Face ID / Passkey.
Face ID is tied to the web address you set it up on. If you had it working on the old bcbc.coggoid.com, add it once more here on www.bcbcpoolleague.info — it takes about ten seconds. Your username and password work either way, so you are never locked out.
4Find your way around
These tabs are open to everyone — no login needed:

5What you get once you're logged in
Tap the circle with your initials (or your name on a computer) to reach:
My Player Card — your record, handicap, and performance percentage.
Score Match — the electronic scoring app for match night.
Live Matches — the scoreboard showing every match in the league as it's being played.
Account Settings — change your password and set up Face ID.
6Match night — electronic scoring (optional)
Electronic scoring is not mandatory. If your team would rather keep using paper score sheets, keep using paper score sheets — nothing changes for you, and nobody is going to be penalized for it. The app is there for teams who want it. You can also mix it up: use the app one week, paper the next, or have one team score on a phone while the other uses paper. It all works.
If you do want to try it: one person from each team scores the match on their phone. Both teams score their own sheet, and the app checks them against each other as you go — if the two sheets don't agree, it tells you before anything is submitted.
Log in and tap Score Match from your profile menu.
Pick the players for each of the 5 matches and tap the winner of each game.
Record break & runs and 8-on-the-break as they happen.
When all 5 are done, review the summary, add a note to the league if you need to, and tap Submit.
Scoring opens Wednesday at 5:00 PM and closes Thursday at 4:00 PM. Results go to the league operator for approval, then show up in the standings and stats. Scores turned in on paper get entered the same way and land in the same place — the standings and stats don't care how the match was scored.
7If something goes wrong
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot your password? on the login page and enter your email. No email on file? Ask the league operator to reset it for you.
Can't log in? Double-check your username has no spaces, periods, or apostrophes — just letters.
Page looks wrong or out of date? Close the browser tab and reopen it, or pull down to refresh.
Phone screen keeps going dark while scoring? Turn up your auto-lock time in your phone settings before the match starts.
Need more detail on match-night scoring? The full Scoring Guide is under the League tab — it walks through forfeits, credits, timeouts, mismatches, and submitting, step by step. Any questions, grab the league operator.
